Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, what’s weighing on you, and what strength you already carry — even if it feels buried beneath shame, anxiety, or confusion. Who This Is For I work best with people who are ready to take responsibility for their choices and who want to understand themselves more deeply. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low confidence or self-esteem, or just feeling lost in the noise of life, therapy can be a place to find clarity and courage. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. You just need to be willing to step onto the path. How We Work Together Face-to-face sessions: For those who prefer the energy of in-person connection. (Please ask about location and availability.) Online therapy: Via Zoom, for convenience and comfort from home. Every session is a chance to slow down, reflect, and uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface.       <image:caption>I am trained in the major schools of psychotherapy and draw on a variety of perspectives. However, my primary approach is rooted in Existential Therapy. Existential therapy is an inquiry into what it means to live a meaningful life. Sessions last 50 minutes and involve a sensitive, exploratory dialogue about your current experience. Having the undivided attention of a trained professional provides the space to articulate and clarify your feelings without fear of judgment. This process of clarification helps reveal where tensions arise between who you are, who you want to be — what you truly value — and how you are living in the world. By tuning into your emotional responses, listening to the wisdom of your body, and exploring your experience, we work towards living in greater harmony with your whole self. Existential therapy is not a quick fix, though many find significant relief from distress in early sessions. I aim to cultivate a trusting therapeutic relationship that lasts as long as you need. Some people engage in short-term therapy (6–20 sessions), while others choose to continue long-term as it becomes a valuable part of their lives — it all depends on your individual needs.
