About Me
Training
I have spent the past eight years training and working in psychotherapy and counselling, primarily grounded in Existential Therapy. I also draw on approaches from Psychodynamic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), allowing me to tailor my work to each person’s unique needs.
Experience
My experience spans both short-term work in NHS settings, supporting people living with anxiety and depression, and longer-term counselling roles focused on relationship difficulties, rebuilding self-esteem, and working with neurodivergence.
Background
Before becoming a therapist, I specialised in Philosophy for Children as a teacher. This background fuels my curiosity about how we find meaning and navigate challenges in life. I also have experience facilitating therapeutic circles that create supportive communities, helping people overcome isolation and connect more deeply.
